Welcome to an extraordinary 160-acre mountain haven crowning the heights of Mahantango Mountain in portions of desirable Lykens & Mifflin Township, as well as Pillow Boro. Framed by living waters on both ends—with the pristine currents of Mahantango Creek tracing the northern border and Deep Creek meandering gracefully along the south—this rare property offers an unmatched canvas for visionary outdoorsmen, avid hunters, conservationists, or investors seeking exceptional mature timberland. Immersed in total solitude, this majestic wilderness provides an elite habitat for premier game and endless recreation, complete with natural watering holes, secluded fishing spots, and a classic rope swing designed for unforgettable summer memories. Across the varied terrain, multiple gentle, flat benches create ideal natural footprints for a private hunting camp, an off-grid cabin escape, or a grand custom mountain estate. Overarching it all is a towering forested canopy showcasing impressive mature timber value across the mountain ridge. Featuring road frontage with limited access, the property also holds fascinating potential: records and evidence indicates an old bridge once stood on the south side prior to Pillow, presenting an exciting opportunity to rebuild and establish direct drivable access. Property is sold as-is. All potential land uses, buildability, timber value, access rights, and bridge rebuilding permissions are unverified; buyer and buyer’s agent to perform independent due diligence with local municipal authorities. Please DO NOT access the property with a scheduled appointment.
